The Perfect Dog is in URGENT need of volunteers!
In order to achieve our goal of rescuing dogs from kill shelters, we need the community’s support!

Foster Program

As we have no facility or sanctuary yet, we rely heavily on the community’s support to save lives. The more people who open their homes, hearts, and time to provide a dog with love and shelter, the more we can save. The Perfect Dog foster program is an excellent way to help animals in need, but it can come with challenges, as with anyone bringing a new dog into the household. Some dogs may need work on basic training and socialization, and it may take anywhere from a couple days to a few months to get a dog adopted.

If you feel ready to open your home to a dog in need, please take the time to fill out the Foster Application form.

Foster dogs are provided with a collar, harness, leash, food, crate if needed, and any necessary medical care. All you have to do is love and care for the dog until a forever home is found!
